Gneta Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy animals to resell with the goal of supporting his family.

Gneta Group's story

Dramane is the customer facing the bull and holding the rope. Because of Covid-19, he is representing the group.

Dramane went to Koranic school. He is 44 years old, married and the father of four children, including two who attend school. He has been livestock fattening for more than 10 years. He buys his cattle at the markets in his area, fattens them, then resells them at those same markets. His wife raises poultry.

The revenues he generates allow him to pay for some of his family's needs (healthcare, education and clothing). The problems he often encounters are the loss of cattle and poor sales. He relies on the MFI RMCR to avoid borrowing from neighbors, and is doing well in his livestock fattening. In the future, he hopes to continue to work with RMCR in order to generate more income to meet the family's expenses for his family's well-being and to properly run his business. What he likes about livestock fattening is the interest it generates and the organic fertilizers for his fields.
