Amahoro Acb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more maize flour, bread, cooking oil and salt.

Amahoro Acb Group's story

Alice is a 39-year-old mother of five children who are between 10 and 20 years old. Her husband is a motorist, and for the past ten years she has owned a grocery store.

She is the leader of the group called Amahoro ACB which, in English, means “Peace.” Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Alice will use her loan to buy more maize flour, bread, cooking oil and salt to sell in her community, and to meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to provide for the family and also provide school fees for her children.

Alice is thankful for your support.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to get a photograph of all the group members. The photograph is of Alice, the group representative.
