Twitezimbere Tcb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more banana plantains, cassava, sodas, meat and groundnuts.

Twitezimbere Tcb Group's story

Christine is a 43-year-old mother of four children between two and 23 years old. Her husband is a driver, and for the past 10 years, she has owned a restaurant in her community.

Christine is the leader of Twitezimbere Tcb Group, which means “Let's develop ourselves” in English. Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Christine will use her portion of this loan to buy more banana plantains, cassava, sodas, meat and groundnuts to sell in her restaurant and meet customer demand. She hopes to use her profits to provide for the family and also pay school fees for her children.

Christine is thankful for your support!

Due to the pandemic, Urwego was unable to photograph all group members. The photograph is of Christine, the group representative.
