Progresando Kimbiri Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy sugar, noodles, milk, rice, and other products to sell at her grocery store and thus satisfy her customers' needs with a variety of products.

Progresando Kimbiri Group's story

Progresando Kimbiri is a communal bank formed by 6 members who have Julia as the president and representative of the group. They are in their 3rd loan cycle, and they feel grateful for the opportunity to continue moving forward. The group has a board of directors that represent this communal bank. They appear in this picture as follows: the president, treasurer, and secretary.

Julia is 31 years old, a single mother of two children, ages 3 and 15, who are her inspiration for getting ahead. Julia works selling groceries such as rice, sugar, noodles, milk, legumes, etc. Her biggest challenge is to keep her business well stocked in order to get more customers.

In this opportunity she is requesting a loan to buy sugar, noodles, milk, rice, and other products to stock her grocery store and thus satisfy her customers’ needs.

She also has a secondary source of income in farming. She has always considered herself a responsible, honest and hardworking person with the goal of starting another business and continue growing for the wellbeing of her family.
