Gie And Liguey Thiakho Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy sheep to resell.

Gie And Liguey Thiakho Group's story

Mr. Ousseyno, age 55, is the leader of "Gie And Liguey Thiakho," which means "Working Together." This group raises sheep and consists of 10 members, 2 of whom are women and 8 of whom are men.

Mr. Ousseyno, shown in the photo, is a married man. His wife helps him with his tasks. Their three children, ages 3-9, are all in school.

Mr. Ousseyno and his group have asked for a loan to expand their business. They get their sheep from nearby villages and from certain owners who come to their home to sell their product for a good price. Mr. Ousseyno uses the profits that he gets from his sales to meet the needs of his family (food, health, school, etc.), especially his children, so they can have a happy future.

The problem he often faces in his business is the high cost of products, but also the lack of means to access veterinary services.
