A loan helped Buy pharmaceuticals: glucose, saline, malaria products, anti-diarrhea medication.

Armel Chrysler's story

He is 32, married with a two-year-old daughter. He couldn't afford to finish high school, and in 2002 began selling pharmaceuticals with an investment of F4000. He buys his stock from large downtown pharmacies, and his daily turnover averages F10,000. With the loan he hopes to receive, he will buy boxes of glucose, saline solution, anti-malarial and anti-diarrhea medications, alcohol, betadine, paracetamol pills, quinine and other basics. With the profits that his sales should generate, he will improve his family's living conditions. In the short term he will keep up his present activity, but in the long term he wants to open a large pharmacy. In his social circle he is well known among young people trying to get on in lifee.
