Zoje's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy two other cows so she will be able to sell more milk and calves and make a higher income for her family.

Zoje's story

Zoje is a 30-year-old woman who lives in a village nearby Lezha city. She is married with two daughters who are three years old and a little one just three months old. She lives with her husband, her daughters, her mother-in-law and her husband's grandmother. She is a hardworking woman, who tries her best to deal with all that is needed in the house and to support also her husband with their farm.

Zoje and her husband have a farm where they have been raising cattle for five years. She sells raw milk daily, and once per year sells the calves to make income for her family. Zoje would like to take a loan from Kiva to buy two other cows, to add them to the four current ones, so they will be able to sell more milk and calves, and make a higher income for their family. With this loan, she will be able to expand her family farm and improve her family’s living conditions.

Zoje appreciates the support of Kiva lenders and is optimistic about the future of her farming and cattle business.
