Aijan's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy dairy cows in order to increase her volume of milk sales.

Aijan's story

This sweet woman is Aijhan. She is 31, married, and raising 5 children. She has a high school education and is hard-working and kind-hearted by nature. As the primary source of income for her family, she has been breeding livestock and planting fields since 2010. Thanks to Aijhan's hard work and her husband's help on the farm, today her farm has 2 cows, 15 sheep, 2 horses, and a 0.45 hectare plot of irrigated land where she grows organic alfalfa.

With the goal of further developing her farm, she is requesting a loan of 200,000 som (KGS) from Kiva to purchase cows and increase her income from livestock breeding and sales of organic milk. The resulting income will help her expand her farm by increasing her herd of purebred dairy cows.
