Adilson's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more agricultural inputs to sell to the smallholder farmers.

Adilson's story

Adilson is a 44-year-old Mozambican man. He is married and lives in Chimoio with his wife and their three children.

Adilson is a humble and very dedicated man to his family and also to his business. Through his inputs shop, Adilson is able to address the basic needs of his family.

Since Adilson has a background in agronomy, he decided to invest in this area by setting up an inputs shop in his community. Thanks to his shop, many smallholder farmers have a trusted source to acquire certified seeds and fertilizers.

Since the vegetables season is about to start in the coming weeks, Adilson needs to supply his clients with the appropriate inputs, but he needs more money to achieve that goal.

This is why Adilson is requesting his first Kiva loan, to buy more agricultural inputs to sell to the smallholder farmers.
