Urumuri Cb . Group's story

Francine is a 39-year-old mother of three children who are aged 7 and 12 years old. Her husband is a businessman and for the past eight years, she has been selling foodstuffs.

She is the leader of the group called URUMURI CB . which in English means “The light.” Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Francine will use her loan to buy more rice and sorghum to sell in her community and to meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to provide for the family and also increase her savings culture.

Francine is thankful for your support.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to get a photograph of all group members. The photograph is of Francine, the group representative.
