Patience's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more red oil, rice, and other food items to sell.

Patience's story

Patience is 38 years old and married with 4 children. Two of her children are still schooling and all live at home.

Patience deals in a business selling red oil, rice, and other food items, while her husband works as a driver to earn extra income. She learned how to sell from her father. She has no problems with her sales and uses a car to transport goods to her business site. She says she enjoys selling because sales are profitable and she is proud of her business because it has empowered her life.

To help expand her business, Patience applied for a loan through BRAC Liberia and Kiva. She plans to use the loan to buy more red oil, rice, and other food items to sell and repay her loan installment. In the future, she would like to deal in an international business. She wishes to say thanks.
