Norah's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to gain access to cost-efficient hybrid seeds and fertilizer for crop cultivation.

Norah's story

Norah is a 27-year-old mother who lives in Sotik, a town that is surrounded by vast agricultural potential with numerous small farms and vast agricultural enterprises. She is a determined woman who values education. Thanks to the profit that she makes from crop farming, she has been able to support her family. Norah is very aggressive in making farming decisions. She plans to use this loan to buy hybrid seeds and fertilizers to use in her crop farming. Norah plans to sell her quality produce at prices high enough to recover all of her incurred expenses and attract a good profit. She is confident that she will be able to repay the loan on time because of her unique customer relationship skills.

The returns from this investment will change her life and that of her entire household, as she will use the additional income to raise their living standards. Norah loves farming and will be faithful in repaying the loan. She thanks the Kiva lenders for considering her this upcoming International Women's Day celebration.
