Fátima Melissa, 36, lives in a common-law relationship with her partner and has two children. She lives in the municipality of Puerto Cortés, Cortes. For two years, she has worked making and selling corn flour tortillas. The business is located at her house.

She is requesting a loan in the amount of 20,000 Lempiras from ODEF that she will invest in the purchase of quintals of corn flour, purified water and soft drinks. This loan will help her to increase her sales and profits.
