Mujeres Luchadoras Group's story

The communal bank called "Mujeres Luchadoras" (Determined Women) is in its 39th lending cycle. All of the communal bank members are working hard toward a better quality of life for their loved ones. The are participating in the "Poverty Stoplight Program," in which each member looks for a way to provide her family with the best.

From among the communal bank members, it's worth mentioning señora María. María earns her living providing manicures and pedicures. She says that the business is going very well for her. She has a set clientele who always come to her because of the good work she does. She is happy for the opportunity she is receiving to be a part of the communal bank, which will be a great help to her in continuing to improve and thereby continuing to help her loved ones and providing them will all the best.

María is requesting this loan so she can purchase a variety of products for her manicure and pedicure services. She will purchase nail clippers, nail files, nail polish, nail polish remover and other products.
