A loan helped to buy new styles of flip flops for her shoe business.

Zeneyda Isabel's story

Zeneyda is a business woman with great strength and dedication who has been able to get ahead via her business selling flip flops. She offers a range of styles, colors, and sizes for both adults and children. She has been running her business for 7 years. Her goal is to offer a better quality of life to her family.

She had asked for a previous loan from Kiva's field partner MiCrédito in order to add some new styles of flip flops. She is now asking for a new loan from Micrédito with the aim of once again buying new styles and sizes since her sales have increased, but her income was not sufficient to cover the costs of school for her children. Her future plans include diversifying her business by selling tennis shoes and leather shoes in order to attract more customers and to create customer loyalty.
