Asel's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy dairy cows in order to increase sales of milk to a local factory.

Asel's story

Asel is 30 years old, married, with three children. She has a secondary education. She has been engaged in livestock and field farming since 2010. This has been her main source of income, for her family. Thanks to her hard work, today her farm consists of 6 cows, 6 sheep, 2 horses. She also owns 1.45 hectares of land on which she grows beans.

She has a contract to supply organic milk to a local plant for further processing into dairy products.
This allows her to continuously invest in her agricultural business. Having learned that Bai-Tushum Bank offers loans secured by a contract for a future supply, she applied for a loan in the amount of 200,000 som (KGS), within the Value Added Chain product framework. She will use this loan to purchase dairy cows, in order to increase the volume of milk sales.

Payments for the milk from the Plant will be directly transferred to Asel's bank account, and loan payments will be automatically deducted. The income from the loan will help further develop her farm.
