Jeanette's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to renew all her tapa-making tools, including ike, tutua and the tapa table.

Jeanette's story

Jeanette, 37, is married to a farmer and they have four children. With a group of women in her village, she makes tapas of different sizes and types once a week. The rest of the week is for other family responsibilities and for preparing their soft tapas for the next tapa-making, usually at Jeanette's house.

She's applying for a loan to renew all her equipment, including ike, tutua and the tapa table, because it's very old to still be used.

She dreams for her business to grow so she can still earn enough money for her family. Her husband supports her business by growing her own mulberry trees at their little plantation.
