Sumarni's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy a smartphone for her child’s education needs.

Sumarni's story

Good day lenders! Meet one of KBMI’s clients, Sumarni. She is 43 years old and married with two daughters and one son. Sumarni runs a business selling breakfast food and her husband runs a business selling fish. One of her children is still in school.

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on their family is the implementation of school from home that uses an online system. This made it difficult for their child to access the course materials and send assignments to the teacher.

She has applied for a loan of 3,300,000 Indonesian rupiahs (IDR) from KBMI to buy a smartphone for her child’s education needs. Her income is not sufficient to buy a smartphone, but she will be able to repay the loan received by using the profits generated from her business.

Sumarni is a very hardworking mother who always strives for the best for her children, improves their living conditions and creates a happy life. She is very grateful for the opportunity and wants to thank all lenders.

Note: The girl in the photo is Surmarni’s daughter who is still in school.
