Danaya Group's story
Seydou is a 34-year-old Malian man, who is married and the father of six children, who are in school. Two of his children are girls. While developing and growing his business and his income, he has had some financial concerns, which is the reason why he is requesting a loan with RMCR to buy sheep and feed. He has worked feeding animals for two years. He stocks up in the rural area, and after having taken good care of his sheep, he sells them in the rural markets, while realizing a considerable profit. The profit varies between 25,000 and 50,000 Central African Franc per loan, and this profit allows him to address small family expenses like medical care, tuition, and buying food. He dreams of building a house made out of permanent materials in the future. NB: Due to COVID-19, the others do not appear in the photo; just one person.
