Tusi Rudi Nyuma Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to stock up on one bundle of secondhand sports clothes, which will build up her initial capital.

Tusi Rudi Nyuma Group's story

Henriette is a customer of the Hekima microfinance institute and presides over the Tusi Rudi Nyuma village group. She is 43 years old, married, and the mother of seven children, who are all in school. Her partner is a walking salesman.

She sells secondhand clothing. She started up this business nine years ago with startup capital she received from her husband. Later she started the Hekima program to support her business, during which she progressed bit by bit. With this new loan, she will stock up on one bundle of secondhand sports clothes, which will build up her initial capital. The challenge of this job is linked to the lack of merchandise.

She would like for her children to continue to study and for her to renovate her home. Finally, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for the support they bring to owners of unbanked businesses in the context of the global crisis linked to COVID-19. The photo is only of the leader of the group out of respect for social distancing measures.
