I have been baking bread since I baked my first loaf of bread as part of the final project in my seventh grade home economics class. Since then, I have continued my interest in baking bread, baking my own loaves of whole wheat sandwich bread as well as potato breads and French bread for special occasions. Along the way, I learned to program computers and acquired a law degree from the University of California at Berkeley. When I'm not baking, I occupy myself with photography and my legal practice. I have a Master’s degree from Stanford University in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
