Divino Niño Jesus Group's story

This is a new committee formed by women who are the heads of their households. They are working hard for a better quality of life for their loved ones, and they are enterprising women fighting to overcome their situation of poverty. That is why they are in the poverty elimination program.

One of the members is Fulgencia, whose business is making and selling cheese that she herself has been making for more than 17 years with the animals she has. She now has an established clientele that buys from her.

Despite her daily difficulties, Fulgencia looks for ways to ensure that her loved ones do not lack anything and are not in need. She also says that she has begun selling vegetables and other produce, so she can continue to help her family.

Fulgencia is requesting this loan to buy animal feed in quantity and bags of corn to feed her animals.

Note: Only one person appears in the photo, but this is a group loan. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, efforts have been made to avoid creating crowds of people, meaning a group photo was not possible.
