Mujeres Emprendedoras Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy vegetables, meat, baked goods, condiments and other products.

Mujeres Emprendedoras Group's story

This committee is called Mujeres Emprendedoras (Enterprising Women). It is a longstanding group, always eager to improve and committed to help their families. They are fighters and look for ways to give their families everything they could not have.

One of the members is Geronima, whose business is preparing and selling meals. She herself is in charge of making the meals, which she sells every day starting early in the morning. She says she has a clientele that always buys from her.

Geronima’s goal is to continue growing and thus continue helping her family to give them a better quality of life.

She is asking for this loan to buy raw materials to make her food, such as vegetables, meat, baked goods, condiments and other products.

Note: Only one person appears in the photo, but this is a group loan. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, efforts have been made to avoid creating crowds of people, meaning a group photo was not possible.
