Dukundumurimo Cb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more charcoal.

Dukundumurimo Cb Group's story

Theresie is a 57-year-old mother of six children who are aged between 10 and 30 years old. Her husband is a farmer, and for the past 11 years, she has been selling charcoal.

Theresie is the leader of the group called Dukundumurimo Cb Group (which in English means “loving to work”). Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Theresie will use her loan to buy more charcoal to sell in her community and to meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to pay school fees for her children.

She is thankful for your support.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to get a photograph of all the group members, but was able to photograph one representative.
