Abanyamurava Tcb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more maize flour, rice, cooking oil, sugar and salt.

Abanyamurava Tcb Group's story

Jacqueline is a 47-year-old mother of two children, who are aged between six and 16 years old. Her husband is a construction worker, and for the past twenty years, she has owned a grocery store.

Jacqueline is the leader of the group called Abanyamurava Tcb, which in English means “brave people”. Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses. Jacqueline will use her loan to buy more maize flour, rice, cooking oil, sugar and salt to sell in her community and to meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to pay school fees for her children and also expand her business. She is thankful for your support.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to get a photograph of all the group members, but was able to photograph one representative.
