Dukundane Tcb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more groundnuts, meat, rice, cooking oil, bananas, plantains, and maize flour.

Dukundane Tcb Group's story

Alice is a 43-year-old mother of five children who are aged between 5 and 22 years old. Her husband is a businessman, and for the past 13 years she has owned a restaurant.

Alice is the leader of Dukundane Tcb Group (which means “love each other” in English). Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Alice will use her loan to buy more groundnuts, meat, rice, cooking oil, bananas, plantains, and maize flour to sell in her community and to meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to pay school fees for her children.

She is thankful for your support.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to get a photograph of all the group members, but was able to photograph one representative.
