Jose's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy drums of fuel to resell in bottles at his handmade fuel station.

Jose's story

Jose is 52 years old and married with 3 children. He is an enterprising man with lots of knowledge and experience in selling fuel at his handmade station.

Ever since he first started his business, he has been doing it close to where he lives, which is by the main road that links his municipality to others. It is considered to be a very good place to do this type of business, due to a lack of fuel stations in the area. Running his business has made Jose independent because he can be responsible for himself and also help to support his family's everyday needs.

He would like a loan of US$1,000 through KIF to help improve his fuel-selling business. He plans to use this loan to buy more drums of fuel for his business. Jose hopes to run a bigger business in the future and wants to thank all of his lenders for the opportunity.
