Riana's story
Good day, lenders! Meet one of KBMI’s clients, Riana. She is 41 years old and married with one son and one daughter. Riana is a housewife who takes care of her children, and her husband runs a business that is an air conditioner service.
One of her children is still in school. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on their family is the implementation of school from home that uses an online system. This made it difficult for their child to access the course materials and send assignments to the teacher.
She has applied for a loan of 2,700,000 IDR from KBMI to buy a smartphone for her child’s education needs. Her income is not sufficient to buy a smartphone, but she will be able to repay the loan received by using the profits generated from her husband’s business.
Riana is a very hardworking mother who always strives for the best for her children and to improve the living conditions and create a happy life. She is very grateful for the opportunity and wants to thank to all lenders.
Note: The girl in the photo is Riana’s daughter, who is still in school.
