Kuña Pyapy Mbarete Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy fresh fruits and vegetables to sell.

Kuña Pyapy Mbarete Group's story

This group is in its first cycle in the program. It's made up of 11 women, all of whom are neighbors and friends of their place. They are very hard-working, and they help with the sustenance of their family and work to improve their quality of life.

One of them is Jorgelina, who works as a traveling saleswoman. She works selling fruits, vegetables, etc. She gets up very early to prepare her merchandise in order to go out to traverse the area. She's a very hard-working person who fights for a better quality of life, and so that her loved ones don't have to go without any type of necessity.

She's requesting this loan to buy fresh fruits and vegetables to sell in her business, and in this way, to be able to continue working.

Note: Only one person appears in the photo, but this is a group loan. It wasn't possible to take a group photo due to the need to avoid a gathering of people because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
