Sundayma's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more fufu [starchy dumplings made from cassava, yam, plantain or rice], cassava, charcoal and other items to sell.

Sundayma's story

Sundayma is 47 years old, from Liberia. She is married and has 5 children. All of her children are in school and live at home.

Sundaymar is a hardworking business woman who sells fufu [starchy dumplings made from cassava, yam, plantain or rice that is eaten with soup or stew], cassava, charcoal and other items. Her business is the primary source of income to meet her family's needs. She uses a car to transport supplies to her business site.

She approached Brac Liberia seeking a loan to boost her capital in order to buy more fufu, cassava, charcoal and other items to sell. She likes her business because sales are fast. In the future, she wants to build her own house. Sundayma wishes to say thanks.
