Dariah's story

Good day lenders! Meet one of KBMI’s clients, Dariah. She is 51 years old and married with one son.

Dariah runs a business selling staple food, and her husband is a laborer. Her child is still in school. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on their family is the implementation of school from home that uses an online system. This has made it difficult for their child to access the course materials, and to send assignments to the teacher.

Dariah has applied for a loan of 2,100,000 Indonesian rupiahs (IDR) from KBMI to buy a smartphone for her child’s educational needs. Her income is not sufficient to buy the smartphone, but she will be able to repay the loan received by using the profits generated from her business.

Dariah is a very hardworking mother who always strives for the best for her child, and tries to improve their living conditions and create a happy life. She is very grateful for this opportunity and wants to thank all lenders.
