Mburukuja Poty is a mutual support group of women based in the city of Paraguarí. They collaborate on activities and state that they are satisfied with and receive support from the women's committee which enables them to increase their income and helps to make them independent.
Maria is one of them and is president of the group. She is a fighter who wants to be of aid to her group members, in addition to improving and outdoing herself. Maria works at clothing sales, observing that she is doing well and now has regular customers.
