Mujeres De Ascurra Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped buy garments (pants, blouses, t-shirts, underwear, etc.).

Mujeres De Ascurra Group's story

The group called Mujeres de Ascurra is in its first loan cycle in the women's bank program, in which they all work and help each other to get ahead.

One of the members is Trifina, who helps support her household and her family through effort, continual work, and selling the clothing she makes. Trifina describes herself as a persevering, enterprising, and above all selfless person who's looking to be able to continue to improve, as she has been doing.

She's requesting this loan to buy garments (pants, blouses, t-shirts, underwear, etc.).

She hopes to continue with her job and improve her quality of life as well as her family's.

Note: Only one person appears in the photo, but this is a group loan. A group photo wasn't possible because of social distancing during the Covid-19 pandemic.
