La Amistad Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy vegetables, meat, baked goods, spices and other ingredients to prepare her meals for sale.

La Amistad Group's story

The grop is called "La Amistad" [Friendship]. It is a group that was formed from the good experiences of neighbouring teams that motivated each other to form their group.

The group has 10 members, all with very good expectations about the activities that they are going to carry out with them, and each with their own goals to improve the economic situation of their families.

One of the members, who is characterized by being very entrepreneurial, is Delsy. She is very active and works selling fast food and local dishes such as empanada, seafood, chipa guazu and milanesa among others.

She goes out to the neighbourhood to sell to her neighbours and friends. She has a well established clientele.

She asks for this loan to buy ingredients to make her meals, such as vegetables, meat, baked goods, spices and other items to continue with her sales.

Note: Only one person appears in the photo but this is a group loan. The group photo was not possible in order to avoid the agglomeration of people due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
