Mujeres Unidas Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy groceries for her store.

Mujeres Unidas Group's story

The members of this group got together in order to work and help one another, so that they can give their families everything they were not able to have. One of these members is Arcadia, who has a retail sales business. Arcadia has a store where she works every day from the early morning hours. Her goal is to continue to improve over time, so that she can increase her offerings to her customers and help her family with this business.

Arcadia is requesting this loan to buy a variety of products to sell, including beverages, bread, vegetables, fruit, canned goods, and other products. This way, she can continue with her work.

Note: in the photo you see only one person, but this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group loan, due to the need to avoid putting people in close proximity because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
