01_Keur Moussa 2 Group's story

This group is part of the "Banc Villageois" created in July 2008, it is made up of three strong women who live in the same village and share true values of family, friendship and solidarity. They have taken out and reimbursed over 15 loans. Their principal business is commerce.
Madame Ayoba, 68 years old, is the representative of the group, at the left of the photo with hand upraised. She is married and mother to five children, three of whom are boys.
Madame Ayoba sells fresh fish, she buys her stock at the docks of three towns and sells it from her home. She has many years' good experience in this area.
Her loan will allow her to buy cases of fresh fish to resell at retail. Her business works well thanks to her having good products.
Her profits allow her to increase her savings and reinvest in her business.
