Urukundo Cb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more carrots, tomatoes, peas, and cabbages.

Urukundo Cb Group's story

Odette is a 41-year-old mother of four children, who are between 3 and 14 years old. Her husband is a security guard and, for the past two years, she has been selling vegetables.

Odette is the leader of the group called Urukundo Cb (which, in English, means “Love”). Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Odette will use her loan to buy more carrots, tomatoes, peas, and cabbages to sell in her community and to meet customer demand.

With the profits from her sales, Odette hopes to increase her savings and, also, provide for the family.

Odette is thankful for your support.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to get a photograph of all the group members, but was able to photograph one representative.
