A loan helped to buy agricultural technology to increase income from farming.

Gulbara's story

Gulbara is 56 years old, married, and the mother of 4 children. She has a secondary school education, and for the past 20 years, through today, she has been devoted to livestock and field cultivation. Due to her persistent hard work, today she has 2 cows, 32 sheep, a horse, and 3.84 hectares of land, on which she cultivates beans to sell.

Her husband works as a tractor driver, owns his own tractor, and wants to buy a hay baler to increase the array of services he can offer.

To achieve the goals of growing her business, she has turned to Bai Tushum Bank for a loan of 200,000 KGS. After receiving the funds, she will go to buy agricultural technology, specifically the hay baler. She plans on using the proceeds of the loan to grow her business in the future, and in the near term, to also build a house for her children.
