Balguisa's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!
A loan helped to buy 245 bundles of weaving wool, buttons and rubber bands and to save to help her husband pay for their children's school fees.
Balguisa is 30 years old and the mother of 5 children, 3 of whom go to school. She is a knitter, she has been knitting quality loincloths and outfits at home in a suburb of the capital for 4 years. She is in her sixth loan cycle with YIKRI and has paid off her first Kiva loan. She applied for new loan to purchase 245 bundles of weaving wool, buttons and rubber bands to knit many loincloths and clothes to meet the demand of her customers. She plans to use the profits to reinvest in her business and save to help her husband pay for their children's school fees. She invites everyone to protect themselves from the Covid-19 virus.
