Vilma Coralia's story

Vilma is a single mother. She has a 28-year-old daughter and a 20-year-old son. She and her children live together. Vilma is the main bread winner in her home. She does not have any relatives living outside the country. Vilma has a business in which she sells snacks and drinks. She has had the business for eighteen years and learned it on her own initiative. Now her daughter helps her with the business. She works from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm.

She is applying for a loan in order to have working capital available, which will allow her to strengthen her business’s inventory. She will invest in the purchase of wholesale drinks and vegetables, which will enable her to increase her production of snacks as well as diversify the types of drinks she sells. Vilma hopes that the investment will help her take advantage of the Christmas season, and in this way, she will be able to better serve her customers.

Vilma dreams of having a business that is very well-known in the area and having financial stability to pay her family and financial obligations.
