San Juan Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy fabric, thread, and other products.

San Juan Group's story

This group is in its 21st cycle in the program of the women's committee. Each member has an entrepreneurship where she works and fights to get her family ahead. They also are included in the program for the elimination of poverty.

One of them is Lucia, who works selling clothing, and also is a dressmaker. She says that her work has permitted her to get her loved ones ahead, so that they do not have to go without necessities. Lucia is a hardworking, enterprising, and determined person who, despite daily difficulties, does not let herself be defeated and seeks the means for self-improvement.

She requests this loan to buy supplies for her workshop, such as fabric, thread, elastic, and other items.

Note: Although there is only one person in the photo, this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo, to avoid gathering people during the Covid-19 pandemic.
