Akylai's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy dairy cows in order to increase the sales of milk to a local factory.

Akylai's story

Akylai, 50, is married and has a daughter. She has a secondary education.

She has been engaged in animal husbandry and field crop cultivation since 1996 and this has been the main income for her family. Thanks to her hard work, her farm currently has 2 cows, a horse, and 2.5 hectares of land on which she grows beans.

Akylai has a contract with a local factory to supply organic milk for further processing into dairy products. She has found that she can get a loan from Bai Tushum Bank, secured by a contract for future supply, within the framework of The Value-Added Chain Product.

Akylai has requested a loan of 105,000 som (KGS) to purchase dairy cows to increase sales of organic milk. Payments from the factory for the milk will be deposited directly into Akylai's bank account and will then automatically become payments toward the loan.

The income from the loan will help Akylai to develop further her business.
