San Jose Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy various meat cuts.

San Jose Group's story

This is a new group. It is formed by working women who fight their way forward to offer their families better life conditions than those they had themselves. They are also part of the program for the elimination of poverty. Their goal is to overcome their poverty.

Sabrina has a butcher shop and she works selling meat. She works there every day since very early in the morning. She now has a solid customer base who always buys from her. It is with this job that she helps in the sustenance of her household and family. She sees herself as a tenacious person who does not give up, in spite of the many difficulties.

She requests this loan to buy large quantities of meat, in order to be able to continue selling as she is doing now.

NB: the photo features only one person, but this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo because of the need to avoid the gathering of people due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
