Nazira's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase dairy cows in order to increase the volume of milk she sells.

Nazira's story

This dear young woman is Nazira. She is 46 years old, married and raising 2 children. She has a secondary-school education. She has been farming and raising livestock as her family's main source of income since 1996. Thanks to Nazira's tireless work and her husband's help on the farm, her farm now has 1 cow, 10 sheep and 2.1 hectares of irrigated land on which she grows organic beans.
She has an agreement to provide milk to a local factory for further processing into dairy products. This will allow her to invest in her farm on an ongoing basis. Having learned that she can get a loan at Bai Tushum Bank using the supply contract for a value-chain product as collateral, she has requested a loan in the amount of 150,000 som (KGS) for the purchase of dairy cows with he aim of increasing her volume of organic milk sales.
Payments for milk from the factory will be directly deposited in Nazira's bank account, and loan payments will be automatically deducted. Revenue from the loan will help her further expand her farm.
