Josephine's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase the ACE One energy system in order to have access to solar power for lighting, charging and cooking in a way that is safer, cleaner and saves money.

Josephine's story

Josephine is a 44-year-old woman who lives in a two-bedroom house, with access to electricity, with six other family members, including one dependent. Josephine is a nurse but struggles with charcoal energy expenses. She spends a total of KES 3,000 on all of her fuels and electricity expenses.

She bought the ACE One cookstove to help her and her family save the money they spend every month on fuel and also help them access solar electricity for charging their mobile devices any time for free. The ACE One clean cookstove is biomass and solar powered.
