A loan helped to buy a smartphone for her child’s educational needs.

Samisah's story

Good day lenders! Meet one of KBMI’s clients, Samisah. She is 47 years old and married, with one son and one daughter. Samisah runs a business selling rice and her husband is an employee. One of her children is still in school. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on their family is the implementation of home schooling, which uses an online system. This has made it difficult for their child to access course materials and to send assignments to the teacher.

Samisah has applied for a loan of 3,300,000 Indonesian rupiahs (IDR) from KBMI to buy a smartphone for her child’s educational needs. Her income is not sufficient to buy a smartphone, but she will be able to repay the loan received by using the profits generated from her business.

Samisah is a very hardworking mother who always strives for the best for her children, improves the family's living conditions and creates a happy life. She is very grateful for the opportunity and wants to thank all lenders.
