Ada's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to maintain nine manzanas (a local land measure) of harvestable coffee and one manzana of new coffee plants.

Ada's story

Ada earns her living growing coffee and raising milk cows. She is single and is an enterprising woman. With the income she has received she has invested in the purchase of cattle, buying farming equipment and providing care for her crops.

Besides her income from growing coffee she sells products from the milk cows like milk and curds. She has regular customers in her community to buy these products.

She is requesting a loan for the first time to maintain nine manzanas (a local land measure) of harvestable coffee and one manzana of new coffee plants. She will invest the loan in the purchase of fertilizers. (30 quintals of manure and 12 quintals of urea).

Making this investment will allow her to guarantee good care for her crops, generating greater production and therefore more income for her and her family.
