Kimverlyn Monserrate's story

Kimverlyn Monserrate and her family live in Manta, a place where the people are humble and hardworking and struggle day after day to get their families ahead.

Kimverlyn is an enterprising woman who works hard each day to pay the household expenses. It is for this that she continues with her business selling clothing, jewelry, and shoes. She made her sales as a street vendor but currently is making her sales on social media since, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, her business dropped for biosafety reasons and her income diminished drastically.

It is for this that she is now asking for another loan with the goal of reactivating her business again. She will invest this loan in the purchase of clothing, shoes, and jewelry. Her dream is that her business will progress again and to be able to have a retail space.
