Carlos Mario's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy fabrics, fasteners, zippers, buttons, thread, and other sewing materials for his sewing business.

Carlos Mario's story

Carlos has been legally married for a year, and he has no children. He and his wife live with his mother. His father lives abroad. Only his wife depends on him economically, since his mother has a business and receives economic help from abroad.

Carlos offers his services as a tailor. He opened his own business in February of the year 2014. He began the business with the intention of becoming independent economically. He started up the business with the help of his mother, since she also offers this type of service.

He is applying for a loan to expand the inventory of his business. He will buy fabrics, fasteners, zippers, buttons, thread, and other sewing materials for his sewing business. The purchases that Carlos will make will help him to recover from the negative effects of the quarantine that existed in El Salvador because of the COVID-19 pandemic, since he had to stop working for four months.

His goals are to make his business grow, to have a bigger shop, and to hire a person in order to have the opportunity to generate more economic income.
