Mujeres Unidas Group's loan finished fundraising,

A loan helped to buy grocery products to sell.

Mujeres Unidas Group's story

The "Mujeres Unidas" communal bank is participating in the Poverty Elimination Program, and all of the members are united with the desire to work together to get ahead and help their families have a better quality of life.

One of the members of this group is Aida, who works in retail. She has a store in her house where she offers all types of products to her customers. Her goal is to be able to continue to work so that she can give her family a decent life, without the hardships that she had to experience. She is pleased to be a member of this group, because it will be very helpful to her in achieving her goals.

Aida is requesting this loan to buy products for her store, such as vegetables, meat, bakery products, canned goods, and other products. This way, she can continue with her work, and also meet the demands of her customers.

Note: In the photo, you see only one person, but this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo due to the need to avoid putting people in close proximity during the Covid-19 pandemic.
